An ad for a watch from Sugar and Cotton popped up on my Facebook page. It was reasonably priced and I liked the look, so I ordered it on March 4.

Their web page is very clear that it can take 3 - 5 weeks for delivery. That would have been April 8. (Today is April 18.) I have contacted them three times since April 8, and all I get is an auto-reply promising that they'll contact me in two business days. This is business day six since my original message to them.

So, we're in the seventh week of waiting for my package, and the second week with absolutely no reply from them. Maybe it will show up, maybe not.

However, I will never buy anything from them again. I have already wasted far too much time on this.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sugar And Cotton Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: Item looked good on line.

I didn't like: Never got the item after seven weeks, Absolutely no response from customer service.
